Mailed Documents
You may choose to mail copies of any required information.
- Copies MUST be of the original document.
- Copies should be of very good quality as they will be scanned for display in the database. Be sure that the darkness and contrast are sufficient to read the print clearly. Documents with colored backgrounds may require some adjustments to assure readability.
- If sending multiple dogs in one mailing, please staple or paper clip each dogs records together. Please place the registration copy on top for ease of identification.
- Proper postage must be applied. Items with postage due will be returned.
